01. Your vision
During our initial meeting we'll talk through your vision of what you're hoping to achieve with your imagery and wedding day. What's the overall mood/look/feel that speaks to you?
02. LOCATION/Venue
We'll discuss what location might work best for your portrait session. For weddings we'll discuss your specific venue and where the best spots to take photos are / best times of day for lighting.
03. Fashion & styling
With my experience in the fashion industry I'm always available to bounce ideas off of when it comes to your wedding looks and what you might wear for engagement sessions / portrait sessions, etc.
04. Guest list
When planning your wedding it's helpful to have a 'shot list' as a guide on your big day. Think: photos of family members, best friends, big groups, etc. We'll make a plan based on my sample shot-list so we don't leave any important moments out.
05. LOGISTICS
We'll talk through the scheduling of your big day and make sure we carve out times for capturing all the special moments. We want the event to flow perfectly from start to finish, leaving you enough breathing time between each event for added flexibility.
06. DETAILS
We'll handle all the nitty gritty details, from photo agreements, to what you can expect with the deliverables from your shoot, and a timeline of when you'll receive everything.
FAQ
Do you travel?
Yes! I travel anywhere in the states as well as abroad. Some of my packages include travel, however my base packages would require travel reimbursement for flights and accommodations.
What if we want something more adventurous for our portrait session?
For shoots with special locations that would require the majority of a day to get to (think long drives, mountain tops, islands, you name it), there will be a flat rate travel fee of $150. This fee may vary depending on specific circumstances.
We want to include our dog / pet into the photos, is that ok?
It's totally fine to bring an animal along, but please tell me ahead of time so we can talk about the logistics and how we can work together to get the best photos with them.
How long does it take to recieve the photos after the shoot and how will those be delivered?
For portrait sessions the turn around time is generally 2-3 weeks after your shoot. Photos will be sent digitally through a downloadable gallery link. For weddings, a small preview gallery will be sent within 48 hours following the wedding for you to download and share with friends and family. The entire set of wedding images will generally be delivered within 1-2 months after the wedding.
How do we book you?
Please send an inquiry through the contact page. We'll schedule a time for a call/zoom/coffee meet-up where we will chat about your vision for the shoot/event and I'll answer any questions you might have. To reserve your date I require a signed contract and a 50% down payment. Unfortunately, I cannot hold any dates until the signed agreement and deposit are both received. The remaining amount for your booking is due on the day of your shoot, or 30 days prior to your wedding.
